It's solid, but it could easily be better. All the sounds are bland and don't have any redeeming factors. It's too repetitive as well, more variations should be added, like some transposition or added layers.

Ok, the two reviews below me didn't actually give any proper criticism, so looks like I have to.
It sounded alright and I can see what you were trying to do. Clean it up a bit and sort out the funny background melody and this could be good.
